We do everything possible to keep enough Parts on our vehicles to solve your Hot Tub Concern the first Trip. In Most cases if we don't have the parts for your spa on our vehicle you will Not be charged for A subsequent Trip. The Exceptions would be a case of a part that would rarely need replacing and/or A Really Unusual Repair Need. We currently have Three Qualified Technicians with over 30 years combined Experience. We work from Southern Kentucky to The Alabama Line. We go as far East as Smithville and West as Far as New Johnsonville.
